Workflow from the LQF to the provision requirements:
- In Rough Planning, logistics planning is only carried out on the basis of the logistics quantity framework. The exact calculation can be found here.
- In the detailing phase, the planner receives additional information and subdivides his part groups. This first does not affect the way in which calculation results are calculated.
- In detailed planning, the planner receives data from the assembly including provision requirements.
- For the calculation, the LQF must be mapped to the data in the assembly. In addition, provision requirements must be exported from ipolog 4 Workspace and imported into ipolog 4 Material Flow in the "Production Data" submodule.
- Alternatively, you can create provision dummy requirements from the LQF.
Create Dummy Production Program / Dummy Processes
In early phases ipolog can calculate from the LQF all necessary information for the dynamic calculation.
